The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the check-in process was easy and convenient. The location was great for visiting Niagara Falls, and the host provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was clean
Could have used more towels for 3 adults, drain in bathtub needs cleaning (water backs up), definitely needs outdoor lighting by the door!!

They provided good wifi and a smart TV to use. There was clean bedding and linens provided for all occupants.
The bare minimum was met for everything, but it was very sparse. For example, 4 towels were provided, but nothing to put on the bathroom floor after showers. Only one extra blanket and a rickety old AC unit. The space definitely needs some updating as well as additional household items to make it feel more comfortable.
