Was very close to family Lovely area, quiet and felt safe staying there Amon my own
While its pet friendly I was apprehensive about letting my dog off the lead by herself, the backyard is very adequate for a large dog but my jack Russel would have hit through the gaps in the back fence. Lovely big grassed backyard

Location was quiet
Yard un mowed, upon arrival the air-conditioning was turned off and was extremely hot and took cpl hrs to become a comfortable temperature. Doors had hand prints over them. Dust stuck in corners on floor in toilet and bathroom. Kitchen chairs very uncomfortable. Hairs in bath. Old soaps left in showers. No where to relax outside in evenings. The house has great potential, more painting and tidying up will be good. Bed in room 1 was good. Others were very basic and cld do with pillow toppers for comfort.
