Montalcino Tuscany Home - Pineta

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished with modern furniture. It was well equipped, including a high-quality washing machine, clothes drying facilities, and a lovely balcony. We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and at ease. All the facilities were modern, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally well organized. The owner personally greeted us on arrival and handed over the keys. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very helpful throughout. The kitchen was particularly impressive, fully functional and equipped with all the utensils and amenities we needed for our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa a Montalcino, in via Osticcio, e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La casa è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e arredata con mobili nuovi. Eravamo 4 adulti e gli spazi sono risultati molto comodi: ci sono due camere da letto, un bagno padronale e un secondo bagno di servizio. La cucina è nuovissima e fornita davvero di tutto il necessario, completa e funzionale. Molto piacevole anche il balcone attrezzato con tavolo e sdraio, perfetto per rilassarsi. Inoltre, sono presenti condizionatori in tutta la casa, cosa davvero apprezzata soprattutto nel periodo estivo. Casa pulita, accogliente, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. È stato tutto perfetto, ci siamo trovati benissimo e la consigliamo assolutamente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- The house is spacious, with a very large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and a nice view. - There is air conditioning in every room, and the kitchen is relatively well equipped. - Parking was not an issue at all — I found a free parking spot every evening without any problems. - The house is close to the town center, but it is still far enough that you would need to drive there rather than walk. - 2 bathrooms available, which is a big plus

- I didn’t like the fact that, even though we had informed the owner that we would be arriving late, and he most likely knew that all the shops would be closed by then, there wasn’t even a bottle of water available for us. At the very least, we could have been informed that everything closes after 8 PM. It was of course our fault for not checking this beforehand, but a simple heads-up or the gesture of leaving a bottle of water would have been greatly appreciated. - The shower cabin is extremely small and relatively difficult to use — not impossible, but definitely inconvenient. The sink faucet also has a defect and splashes quite a lot of water onto the floor. - The kitchen could be better equipped as well - As for cleanliness, I also think there is significant room for improvement. We even found a plate with dried-on food still on it, and the floor was relatively dirty. Our white socks turned black pretty quickly just from walking around the apartment. - Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved. - Additionally, the city tax was initially calculated incorrectly — it was requested at double than correct amount. I looked up the official rate online, informed the owner, and he corrected it without any issues. - I really didn’t like the farewell message, in which we were asked to leave a review if we had a very good experience, but if there were things that could be improved, to mention them privately instead. I found this quite inappropriate, as honest feedback should be welcome, whether it is positive or negative.
