A clean and relatively new apartment with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning, and the kitchen is new and clean. However, the kitchen equipment was not sufficient. There were four of us, but besides basic plates etc only two forks were provided. There was a coffee machine, but not enough coffee capsules. The kettle was not working, and there was not enough tea or coffee, so we were unable to have any hot drinks.

The kitchen equipment was limited, and the selection of tea and coffee provided was also rather poor.

It was spacious with modern furniture. It exceeded our expectations.

This was a perfect place for us to spend a few days before heading to Lucca. The host Federico met us and showed us the property. It was spotless, well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. Even when a storm knocked out power, Federico came in 5 minutes to reset the breaker (the one outside the house). There was literally nothing they could have done better.

We only had 3 days here. Hah. It was perfect.
