balcony was wonderful with enough seating, chairs. drying rack, umbrella. Nice comfy bed and counters. Bathroom was nice. Provided more towels immediately when I asked. Liked 21st floor and enjoyed view overall.
a/c was cold on my husband but hot for all rest of us. It shut off at night. Don't like the text chastisement when I asked for more towels. Would have preferred if baking sheet in kitchen. Pic showed panoramic view of ocean exclusively. We saw mostly ships and parked cars ocean in distance. Had to buy two more beach towels. Could have used another art piece on wall by tv just suggestion.

it is the perfect hotel I have ever been to. the host is perfect and very nice and generous. I love this hotel and the place is very spacious super clean and the view is perfect for me. I enjoyed the perfect weather in Hawaii and the view looks like the great sceneries in movies. It is way better than five star hotel. I’ve been to five star hotels in Vegas, but this hotel is the way better than five star hotels in Vegas. It is the perfect hotel I’ve ever been to. I will definitely come back again! thank you so much!!!

We like that it was close to the water
The older bring the luggage to the lobby smelled
The condo was not as clean as I would’ve hoped
In the photo of the bathroom floor, you can see it looks dirty
