Location and cleanliness! Daniel was a great host, he messaged and updated us instantly with our issues.
We rented for 1.5 mo at this place. Theres not much ventilation or exhaust fans. Bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time. Had to put lots of air fresheners and disinfectants to cover the smell even with the window open.
The shower heater water was so limited that you end up showering with cold water at the middle to end of your shower.
Kitchen fan hood was not properly placed, instead of sucking smoke and steam and smell out the vent while cooking, it was blowing down the stove and smell/steam of the food being cooked is all over the unit.

Wasserstrahl der Dusche könnte besser sein. Abnehmbarer Duschkopf wäre wünschenswert gewesen.
Geschirrausstattung könnte vielfältiger und umfangreicher sein.

Apartment is newly equiped, well mantained, well cared for, and the building and area feel completely safe. No grocery stores nearby, but you'll find a restaurant/cafeteria and a pharmacy downstairs. Daniel, the manager, was efficient and professional since the very beginning.

Apartment is spacious and equipped with necessities
The apartment had the murky smell of an unused, uncleaned property. The bed had a drawer stuffed with a dirty comforter. I had to wash the bathroom mats because they were filthy. Kitchen towels were equally filthy. The apartment had cobwebs running along the stairs from the entrance and all around the apartment spaces.
The restaurant on the property did not open on time once during my stay so no way to have a morning cup of tea/coffee to start off your day.
Definitely not worth the $95/day
