Really comfy and perfect for our stay

Great communication from the hosts before we arrived as to how we collected the keys Property was fantastic and really comfy for our family. Lovely touch of a bottle of Prosecco left for when we arrived :) home was fully stocked with all the extras, hand wash, tin foil etc. all the things I had forgotten! Would definitely recommend to anyone

Not a criticism, we have a young family so needed to drive to the beach and town as it was a bit far for them to walk

We were so impressed that we may try to book again later in the year.

Location and layout of rooms. Efficient central heating and temperature control. Quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Well stocked cutlery and cooking utensils. Most of all the ambience of the lounge with its skylight windows and wonderful views of the bay through the windows opening out onto the terrace.

Only one slight problem with lounge window blinds which may be in the process of being repaired.

Nothing worth mentioning other than the steep hill you have to walk up if you decide not to travel from place to place via car

Clean and comfortable property with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Felt very welcoming and homely. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Great facilities more than we expected eg cleaning supplies, tea bags & coffee. Welsh cakes and Prosecco a nice surprise.

Only niggle was that we couldn’t fit the baby safety gate for our toddler as door frames are too wide for it. So that affected how/where everyone slept and evenings were a write off as he wouldn’t settle and stay in his room but that wasn’t the host’s fault. Not the most family friendly place with the worry of the balcony and not being able to lock the front door with a key to pull out to know the door is secure at night times. The hill climb meant we drove everywhere.

Ruby’s Watch is a really lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Lovely to have a balcony & with such an amazing view. Quiet location. Close to Barmouth..walkable if you don’t mind a very steep hill! I didn’t walk it 😂

Perfect family stay in Barmouth

Ruby's Watch is a beautiful house, very cosy, with all that you could possibly need while on holiday. The view of the mountains and the sea was simply amazing, especially after a day out exploring the area! 😍 We are a family of 4, and we had more than enough space with 3 lovely bedrooms and a good amount of storage space. We are definitely coming back!

Short break in Barmouth and surrounding area. Quiet, comfortable with all the comforts of home

The property was excellently presented, very clean and all facilities worked correctly. 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite). Fresh bedding and towels provided, with some tea/coffee, a pint of milk made available. The offer of Prosecco or soft drinks was made too. The view from the balcony location was excellent overlooking Barmouth Bay. The location is quiet and comfortable. The ground floor is made up of your entrance hall and leading to 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs is the living room with dining and kitchen and a utility room with toilet. And outside balcony. The property is situated on the top of a hill offering good views of the bay. The parking bay was just big enough for my Long wheel base van. The other drive is small and very steep toward a garage door. It’s approx 1/2 mile from the town centre a very shirt drive to town, with plenty of parking available or if you fancy it a 15 min walk down a steep hill out of the estate and then along to town.

What a lovely property, there was even a welcome gift when we arrived, prosecco and Welsh cakes what a lovely thought Look forward to returning in the summer
