Ruby’s watch is a great location for Barmouth & Snowdonian national park .
The property has every facility you need for a relaxing peaceful stay . The balcony has a wonderful view overlooking the bay .
The property is up a very steep hill , walking into town is easy but walking back not for the faint hearted .

The house was very clean and well presented. It's an upside down house so the bedrooms are cooler being downstairs. The view from the living room is stunning.
No real garden to speak off but the balcony with a view provides an outdoor seating area.

Clean and well equipped.
ensuite bathroom needed some checks (bulb gone) and maintenance (shower head did not clip in, shower door handle almost fallen off/very loose).
