This is a great value for location. It is an older bungalow, with the eccentricities that come with age. It was comfortable and we loved it.
Everything was in perfect working order! Be prepared for a small bathroom.

Hana was very nice and responded to my text when asking about the TV apps. The home was in a great location to a little downtown and the main downtown. It had everything we needed with lots of fans in the house which were a plus. The house had plenty of toiletries, cups, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery to use. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to do a load before we packed our luggage back up.
I think the front and backyard need trimming, cleaning and maintenance. There were a few spider webs on the front left side inside and under the brush coverings in which I got bit in 3 separate places on my arms when we were sitting on the lower steps. We like to be outside as much as possible and the weather was great for that. But the backyard wasn't clean enough for that which was a bummer.
The front and back door frames need reinforcement from a possible break in. Anyone could kick those doors in easily and that could be a tragedy to someone.
I would change the listing from "Air Conditioning" to "Window air conditioning units" because those are two completely different types. I run very very hot and that's the first reason why I rent a place. So thank God it wasn't too hot out.
And I would also change the listing to "TV with apps for you to use your own login" because there were literally no stations or "apps" to ACTUALLY WATCH. I could only watch my own YouTube TV with my own sign in and not my other apps because many other apps don't allow over a certain amount of TV logins. So that wasn't fun.
Throw away and check for expired seasoning etc. The salt expired in 2023 and I believe the pepper as well.
