Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Versorgen kann man sich in der Stadt Usedom. Es sind nur 50m zum kleinen Hafen. Die Miteigentümerin ist sehr nett.

Mit dem Fernseher und der Mischbatterie in der Dusche gibt es ein paar Probleme. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig Wenn die 2. Wohnung auch vermietet ist, hört man unten sehr viel.
