Beautiful beach close by, found out we had to pay $60 per day to lay on that private beach!!!
Unexpected expense. 😳
No view of the beach, saw boats and the neighbors pool and other houses.
No ice! Only small bedside lamps in the bedroom. Bathroom needs a soft close toilet seat, would be nice and an inexpensive upgrade.
The building was under construction, they start at 7am!!!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. The ease to the beach and elevator is exceptional. Property owner is very attentive and provided quick feedback.
I wasn’t a fan of the condition of the stairwell.
