O imóvel tem uma localização privilegiada, a poucos metros da praia, o que é o ponto forte. Também está próximo do centrinho de Canasvieiras, com boas opções de mercados, padarias, bares e restaurantes. Não possui uma cozinha muito equipada, mas é possível cozinhar alguma coisa, caso sinta necessidade.
Tive problemas significativos durante a estadia. O elevador do prédio não funcionou em nenhum dos 10 dias em que estive hospedado no 3º andar, fato que só me foi comunicado verbalmente no check-in, causando transtorno diário. ​Além disso, a experiência pós-estadia foi negativa: a empresa gestora (Seazone) entrou em contato via WhatsApp 14 dias após o meu checkout tentando realizar uma cobrança extra por um dano pré-existente no colchão, solicitando pagamento via PIX por fora da plataforma. O suporte do Booking precisou intervir para mediar a situação e me compensar pelos transtornos. Recomendo cautela quanto à gestão e conferência minuciosa do imóvel na entrada.

La ubicación, bajar y estar en la playa. Y cerca del centro. Muy práctico para moverse. Incluye ropa de cama y toallas. Excelente la atención. Y la seguridad/atención del edificio, muy conforme.
