Sehr schönes Haus im historischen Zentrum von Scoul, ausgestattet mit (fast) allem, was man so für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Vor allem genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Und bei Fragen war das Team von engadin booking immer ansprechbar, vielen Dank. Besonders erfreulich war, dass wir auch alle Vorteile der Gästekarte nutzen konnten.

Ein altes engadiner Haus hat auch so seine Tücken, beispielsweise die Höhe der Türen. Hier wäre es schön, wenn da schon mal ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung zu finden wäre (oder haben wir den übersehen????). Und bei einem Bad muss man natürlich gut koordiniert sein, aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher...

I go to Scuol every year. This house is in a great location and is quite large. The kitchen was updated compared to the rest of the house and was well-stocked. I appreciated the coffee machine. The bathroom was also updated, while the washer and dryer were definitely from another century (but they worked). The kids liked that there was a smart TV so we could watch movies in the evenings. Considering that the house can sleep at least 7, the sofa is very small and there should be a coffee table or some poufs. The beds were comfortable enough, a bit soft for my taste, but fine. The pillows, typical giant and full of nothing Swiss/german pillows, were awful. You have to roll them up for any semblance of support. I would stay here again, bringing my own pillow. WiFi was only worked in the tv room and main upstairs bedroom. It barely reached the kitchen and not the other bedrooms at all.

Just some things to take note of: The bathroom is downstairs while all the bedrooms are upstairs. The listing says there’s a terrace, but I wouldn’t say there is. It’s the parking spot. The room in the pics with the blue wall and sofa is in the basement and I didn’t understand the point of it. It’s at the end of a hall and while there is a door to the parking spot, I was not able to open it. It’s faster to access the “terrace” going out the front door.

Schönes grosses Haus, grosse Räume, sehr gemütlich. Guter Kaffee! Nicht weit von der Bushaltestelle.

Keine Busse nach 17.00 Uhr mussten leider mit Skischuhen zu Fuss nach Hause laufen.
