The main part of the studio is small but nice, tasteful and bright. I found the sofa couch more comfortable than expected. Comfortable temperature. Relatively quiet. There's an elevator.

No customer service. I immediately informed staff of a *horrible sewer/dead animal smell* in the bathroom. I stayed for four nights and customer service never got back to me. The AI on booking.com would send me to an email where they would direct me back to AI booking.com. *I threw up every day because of the smell!* It never got addressed. Shower has nowhere to place toiletries and you must hold the showerhead. I am disabled so could not really shower. *They lie about the facilities*. There is no coffee maker as listed. They don't provide coffee either. They consider toiletries to be one roll of toilet paper for four nights/five days and told me to buy a whole package if toilet paper. There's a TV but it's useless unless you have a Netflix account while it listed satellite cable. When you pay this amount of money it is ridiculous to expect your guests to buy the property toilet paper and coffee. Customer service told me no there's no coffee maker and I sent a screenshot of their facilities list and they never responded other than to tell me to email them complaints. Which I had already sent them five emails they don't respond to so I gave up and accepted the scam. But *if you have any problem checking in expect 72-96hrs for a response*. Sofa bed is very difficult to unfold. You also have to make your own bed with sheets covered with black hair. I am blonde. I am disabled so I had to call a friend and they needed to be two people. Had I been alone I would not have had a bed. Apartment complex is reasonably but every night groups and single men drinking inside the courtyard inside the locked gates which does not feel safe even though I encountered no issue. I would not stay here again but it is acceptable for one or two nights if you are really stuck. It is reasonably clean and safe. But beware you cannot be in the bathroom for more than two minutes before you will throw up.
