The location, the terrace, the views. The price was worth it.
You should know that the bathroom is so small but it’s ok if you accept it. No lift. Small apartment in general.

Scalable, near the center, three bedrooms (which I did not need, but they are there), little balcony. Perfect place for a family or some friends, with low budget. Little clean kitchen, tv and shower. Good value for money, no luxury.
Some small stairs up, not for people who are not in good form. Small, not really. a place to have the evening, though the little kitchen and tv is enough for a quiet evening.
