Warm Oasis at Parramatta- 2 BR - Free Parking - Near Shops

Lovely location close to the shops,

Car park is too small,

Conveniently situated and decent price

Nothing really it had everything we needed. The fridge might need to be levelled though coz a couple times it got left open because the door didn't shut properly

It was comfortable & had large space

Beds smelt a bit like smoke

Location was great, large unit, on-site parking, comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower, quiet even though on busy road, good size TV, close to shops, clubs, public transport.

Parking was very tight, unit was mouldy & grubby. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Had to leave window open at all times - rained our whole stay & was cold so leaving window open wasn’t ideal. Unit was on ground floor so didn’t like leaving window open. Poor communication with staff after hours. Couldn’t speak to an actual person when problems entering unit, received same booking instructions repeatedly & told to follow instructions. By the end I thought I had been scammed. Thankfully I worked out issue myself. No light at letterbox to see code lock, even with phone light was difficult to see numbers when dark. Light on range hood didn’t work. Strong gas smell in cupboard underneath stove. Lighter did not work to ignite stove, had to go buy one before we could cook dinner. Hair dryer not working, shower screen didn’t go far enough so floor got really wet when showering.
