Kurze Entfernung zum Strand, Lage im Grünen/am Spielplatz, großer Garten, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, gutes WLAN
Kleine Mängel bzw. gut zu wissen: Sehr steile Treppe nach oben, Bad mit Toilette im Erdgeschoss (direkt im Eingangsbereich) liegt etwas ungünstig zu den Schlafräumen in 1. Etage, es waren keine Geschirrtücher bei der Grundausstattung, wenig Stauraum im „Kinderzimmer“ und für eine evtl. weitere 5. Person im Durchgangsraum (Hinweis: dort hört man nachts den Kühlschrank sehr laut!), Bedienung des elektronischen Türschlosses klappte nicht immer beim 1. Versuch, Parkplatz ist nicht direkt am Haus, so dass man Gepäck oder Einkäufe ein Stück weit „um die Ecke“ tragen muss
