Two different codes were sent with the 6 emails for instructions. This is overkill. Can we receive a single email with the instructions included? Make it simple.
The bathroom is very congested and old. It needs fixing. There was noise throughout the night of people walking above us. need to do something about it. We couldn't sleep. If you are charging $220 for cleaning, Then what's the point of giving us 15 instructions for checkout with the extra charges mentioned? All Airbnb's request if we throw the trash out and keep the dishes. But your instructions were a warning.
