The Cedar Suite - Secluded Mountain Retreat with Forest Views and Hot Tub

Perfect location, close to both the resort and to town. We appreciated the serene forest area, very private, parking for two vehicles and a bike rack to lock the bikes up. Having a private hot tub was great! Beds were cozy :)

The well equipped kitchen and bathroom and decor.

Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and couldn’t turn heating off so a little uncomfortable to sleep compared to what we are used to.

There was no food included, the location was good. The hot tub was very good.

Everything was pretty minimal when it came to kitchen amenities. I think owners should spend some time living in a "fully outfitted" apartment to recognize its potential shortcomings. For a new build I was surprised that I could hear their child in our bathroom as if she were just outside the door, and I frequently heard and felt their washer and dryer when I was in bed. Chairs were rickety and the round table made it difficult to maneuver around the narrow kitchen. The beds were incredibly soft and gave little support - I presume some people like that. The end of the bed stuck out and I repeatedly cranked my thigh on both sides - my bad. Laundry facility was good. Asked not to wash bathroom towels with hot tub towels, but no detergent was made available.
