Minn Umeda Nakazakicho

The rooms are perfect and location is in a very trendy neighborhood. We were very happy with our choice. My only complaint are the pillows, they are terrible and need changing. I do not know what they are made of but not good.

For two nights it was exactly what we needed! It was spacious and nice, had a window and small balcony, a big bathroom and a small kitchen. It was great! Super easy the checkin, the location also was amazing

The room is clean when check in. But we don’t know how to get someone to clean the room during our stay. There’s a small kitchen and washing machine so it’s more like an apartment but very good one.

We stayed here for 8 days and it pretty good with a few exceptions. The hotel is very quiet inside and you can’t hear much of any other rooms or noise from outside which was great as we had a 10 month old baby. The room was a good size with a fridge, microwave and single element stove with utensils and a washing machine, we didn’t use the stove. There was a projection TV but we were unable to use it or the wifi the whole time because none of the passwords worked that they gave us. There is also no staff onsite which was kind of annoying as the support is on an iPad in the lobby and they aren’t very helpful. Half the time you can’t hear them because there are working in a very loud call centre. When we checked in we were hoping to stay an extra night but they couldn’t help with that and said we needed to contact the hotel but it was a pain so we just stayed somewhere else. They also could help us with the wifi the whole time we were there. The other thing that was really annoying is they don’t clean your room unless you stay 7 days so the garbage just piled up and with a 10 month old baby diapers and sushi trays the smell wasn’t nice. We left it in the hall and it sat there for 2 days before someone came and took it away. There were garbage bags in left out the doors of other rooms as well and it was nasty. They should be cleaning out or picking up trash everyday. The hotel is in a decent location, close to a really good supermarket, and onigiri shop and restaurants all around. There is the Nakazakicho line but we never needed to use it and 15 minutes or so to Umeda station. You should stay here if you are interested, besides the trash it’s new and clean and the rooms are a good size. There is one other thing, there are no hooks anywhere so in the bathroom and bedroom there is nowhere to hang stuff, it was annoying but maybe the hotel will add these.
