Updated stylish townhouse. Great amenities include, resort style pool, (7 minute walk/2 minute drive)basketball and tennis courts, playground, and sports field with picnic tables. Within 15-30 minutes from white powdery sand beaches including Siesta Key and Bradenton beach. Beach towels, chairs and beach/pool toys are provided for your enjoyment. Close to some of the best shopping locations including UTC mall and tons of amazing restaurants and bars. Theme/amusement parks are approximately 30 minutes to an hour drive.

We stayed 2 weeks in February 2026. We were very pleased with the house, cleanliness, amenities, & location. 1/2 hour to beaches & 20 minutes to UTC. We will recommend to others in our families. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the ducks. It was so relaxing.

Perfect location and close to everything. We enjoyed time at the beach in between my son’s soccer tournament. Loved that it was in a gated community.
