Welcome to this charming abode steeped in history and brimming with modern comforts! Nestled downtown, this spacious home is perfect for families or groups seeking a unique stay, just steps away from all the local amenities, restaurants and breweries.
Once graced by royalty, this historic location hosted the King of England for tea in the 90’s. Originally a pickle factory in the Woodstock area, this gem was barged down the river over 100 yrs ago, bringing with it a rich past and a story to tell... the hottub arrived later.
Recently renovated with brand new King and Queen beds and an otherwise fully equipped home with plenty of parking.

We were a crew of seven family friends coming together to celebrate at Yorkville University convocation. Quaint character home provided us ample room with excellent amenities and the location was in walking distance of restaurants convention centre theatre Riverwalk.Very grateful to Sonya the hostess thank you
