We stayed at this quiet side-house while in Phoenix for the holidays. It was perfect for our family. Relaxed vibes, park within walking distance, and - again - very quiet.

Close location to ASU, very nice quiet neighborhood. This 2 bedroom is immaculately clean containing everything one could need for staying. Comfortable couch, beds, very nice towels. Nice Holiday touches with a poinsettia and hot chocolate and candy canes.
