    The room I booked was executive for which I paid 2500 approx per day and room image which was shown it was not given...I was given twin bed room without mirror and cupboard.....I asked general manager to look into this. I had three days stay. I was traveling with my mother who is senior citizen. The rooms were empty but general manager denied rudely to us and asked us 500 rs extra for shifting into any other room.

    I really want owner sud look into this. We really paid hard amount but got different room which was shown on agoda. Our room was without mirror and cupboard. At 2500 we are not expecting this. I conveyed this to general manager but he denied. Though there were empty rooms but still He denied.
