About this apartment rental
Completely independent, surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from downtown Catania, and very close to a highway entrance for all directions; we recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, as public transportation to and from Catania is available but not very efficient...
My studio apartment is about 28 square meters, very well-equipped, comfortable, and tastefully furnished; it comes with sheets, hand towels, bath towels, dishes, cookware, and a hair dryer. The bed is a double, so it can accommodate two people. If needed, I can provide a crib for a child up to 3 or 4 years old. Guests will also find everything they need to get started on their stay: coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Nothing is missing, but if you need anything, just ask and I’ll do my best to accommodate your requests. The outdoor area, approximately 70 m², is furnished with chairs and a table, a large umbrella, a small barbecue, and a wooden shed that houses a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and other household appliances.
I’ll give my guests the keys, and they’ll be free to manage their stay as they please.
I’m always available; if I’m away, I’ll have a trusted person fill in for me.
