Great location on Caswell beach! Nearly 0.5 mile from last public parking so the beaches were very private and not crowded. Pool was great and the kids loved the night lights.

Perfect location, it feels like you have your own private beach. Pool was a great hit with both kids and adults. Still close enough for quick golf cart ride to all the restaurants.

Our recent stay at this beach house was fantastic! The location truly can’t be beat—just steps from the sand and close to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood is peaceful, and waking up to ocean views every morning was a real treat. We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily, close to the lighthouse, and there were plenty of great local restaurants and activities nearby to keep everyone entertained.
The house itself is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and space was as described. The pool was definitely a highlight and amazing. The house and deck could use a few minor repairs & updates but that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. The space was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a family trip.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable beach escape!
