✹ My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean property and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. ✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY (HOA Policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Everything about this stay was easy! The communication from the time we booked to the time we left was above and beyond - emails were super detailed and the digital guide book was an awesome resource. We rented a full size crib and high chair, and both were waiting when we arrived. This is also one of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in - plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels,and kitchen basics. The location was perfect for us with one kiddo who still needs a nap because it was just a quick walk across the street and us parents could easily switch between staying with the other kiddo on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!
