About this house rental
We invite you to make yourself at home in this sparkling clean, freshly-decorated & well-appointed house located just 2 blocks from the Rose District. Relax and enjoy boutique shopping, unique restaurants, downtown festivals and historic Broken Arrow charm. Stay connected with WiFi and smart TVs, or unplug with an assortment of books, puzzles and card/board games. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from highway 51 with easy access to downtown Tulsa.
We live in town and are available via messaging or feel free to give us a call.
We provide a full list of Rose District recommendations in our online guidebook (provided after booking), but here are a few of our favorites:
- Andolini's: Try the DeMarco of Brooklyn for one of the best margherita pizzas west of NYC
- Rose District Farmers Market (open April through October 8:00-noon)
- Waters Edge Winery: Sample the wide array of house-made wines while snacking on their delicious 5-cheese panini with tomato basil soup for dipping
You'll have full access to the entire house -- make yourself at home!
Whether you're staying for a single night or a full month, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. After a restful night's sleep on the memory foam mattresses and fresh linens, start your morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee in your personal Keurig coffee maker and cook breakfast in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy a board or card game with friends & family, or catch up on work from the large desk and work area. You're within walking distance of all the Rose District has to offer, but should you decide to explore more of the greater Tulsa area without your own vehicle, both Uber and Lyft are good options for getting around.
