• AC units are powerful but can struggle during extreme heat; avoid setting below 68°F

We’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to:
• $25 per hour (early or late)
• $50 service fee if cleaning is delayed due to late departure
🔒 Booking Requirements
To confirm your reservation, guests must:
• Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Place a credit card on file for verification
A $500 refundable security hold is required and processed securely through our API-connected OwnerRez platform (Airbnb-approved). It’s placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, pending no damages.

• 🚫 Please don’t unplug Wi-Fi routers or smart home devices, as this can disrupt key systems
Pool Heating Policy
• Pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. Pool heat is available for $30 per day with a 2-day minimum and must be requested 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool temperature is weather dependent and cannot be guaranteed. Once activated, pool heat fees are non-refundable.

What a wonderful property, ideally located near the beach and with tons of restaurants nearby! The pool and the canal are peaceful, and my grandkids said it was the best ever! Thank you to our hosts who shared their beautiful home. The master bedroom bath's walk-in shower was to die for. There are big-screen TVs in every bedroom and the family room. The kitchen was very well stocked, and everything was clean, clean, clean! We will definitely be back!

It was so nice to have the house stocked with coffee, tea, laundry detergent. Beds were very comfortable. The house was immaculate in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything you could possibly want on a vacation is available at this waterfront home. It is very modern, extremely clean and comfortable with all modern furniture and appliances. It even smells great. Located in a desirable neighborhood on the East side of Fort Lauderdale, it is on a quiet street. when we walked in the neighborhood we met several of the neighbors and they were very nice. It's quiet, and relaxing both inside the home and either poolside or dockside. My grandson caught a fish from the dock. My granddaughter used the 2 man kayak that is available at the home with her little brother and explored the canals that run through the neighborhood. This was the best accommodations for a week in South florida and I highly recommend it to all. I know my review might seem over the top, but this place was a great place to stay.
