About this apartment rental
Our beautiful, well-equipped vacation home is located on a lovely fenced-in lot in the Heidenholz neighborhood, very close to the lake. The sandy beach is only about 150 m away.
Non-smoking accommodation; one small dog is welcome (€40.00 per stay)

Vacation home for 2–3 people, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, extra bed available.
To ensure a wonderful, relaxing vacation, you’ll have access to a living room with a fireplace and a large kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings, a small, charming bathroom with a shower, an utility room with a washing machine, a lockable garden shed for your bicycles, a large sun terrace, and a shady spot under our walnut tree in the garden. You can conveniently park your car in front of the house on the property. The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating. You’ll have free, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth speaker is available. The vacation home is equipped with smoke detectors and insect screens.
Electricity, water, and gas are billed according to usage at the current daily rate.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
