The host was quick to respond to my messages and answer my questions. There were a few things missing from the unit, such as knives and dishwasher detergent, but he had these delivered to me the next day.

Cons:- Door closers at the main entrance and apartment entrance were closing too fast and were too forceful - it was frustrating to get in and out of apartment because of those.- Apartment did not have some essentials like a food strainer, hair dryer, and electric sockets around the sink did not work.Pros:- Plenty of towels and paper towels- Great washer dryer- Comfy beds- Apartment was nice and warm- Smart tv was great for visual entertainment- A small play area for kids was a 1 minute walk from the apartment
