Air Conditioning:
Only living room has AC, other rooms have portable fans and heaters.
Parking:
I have a garage available for parking ,street parking is also available with no limited.
No party:
In order to avoid causing trouble and pressure to neighbors, parties are strictly prohibited.
Rubbish Collection day:
If you happen to stay at Monday night, pls help to pull the rubbish bins out by the road just like the neighbors do ,and the truck will come collect the bins at Tuesday morning.
