Cosy beach house 5 minutes walk to beach, deck with views to the sea, lawn and garden. New bathroom and kitchen, in North bay. Closest towns are Normanville and Yankalilla where there are cafes, pubs and supermarkets.
Near to McLaren Vale wineries, the superb Victory Hotel at Sellicks, Second Valley and Cape Jervis for ferry to Kangaroo Island!

This was a lovely property in a great location. The house is simple but has everything you need - the deck is an incredible spot to look out at the ocean and local birdlife. CarrickalingaBeach is a 5 min walk and is a gorgeous calm beach, great for families. We would love to come back.

Property is in a great spot. The house is quite small but functional (one room was not locked but obviously not for use) - would be great when this is available. There were many out of date food items in the kitchen which reduced storage.
