Above Magadino, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, north-west facing position. Private: large, beautiful garden 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Grocery 800 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Orgnana, Monda" 80 m, railway station "Bellinzona" 19 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, minigolf 2.2 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Mercato Luino IT, Parco botanico del Gambarogno, Castelli di Bellinzona. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Bolle di Magadino, Valle Verzasca, Vallemaggia. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The garden house remains locked as the pool equipment is located there. It is checked once a month by the pool technician who takes the readings.
