About this apartment rental
Rest assured in this accommodation always animated by the passage of boats returning to the ports, the sandy inhabitants busy and visitors enjoying the beach.
The covered balcony, on the 6th floor of a family residence, allows you to relax in all weathers and have your meals.
Parking is free, the market and shops are nearby. Everything can be done on foot or by public transportation, which is partially free of charge in this district of La Chaume.

This comfortable studio, completely renovated, includes an ENTRANCE CLOSED by a translucent double door leading to the main room. This arrangement allows the privacy of the occupants of the living room to be maintained.
This entrance gives access to the SEPARATE TOILET,
a wardrobe, shelves, and folding bunk beds suitable for an adult or one or two children under 50 kg each.
A separate bathroom with Italian shower, storage space (hair dryer) and a cupboard containing the washing machine.
A FULLY equipped KITCHEN: fridge with a freezer compartment, traditional combi oven and microwave, toaster, espresso coffee machine with capsules, kettle, dishwasher.
A round table ideal for 4 people, crockery accordingly.
A LIVING ROOM including a 160x200 sofa bed, the mattress is thick, only the duvet and the two pillows can be stored in a large dedicated box.
2mn are enough to install the bed which unfolds.
TV, games, books depending on the age of the occupants.
A baby cot equipped with sheets, duvet, sponge, changing mat, crockery, small deckchair, no "sleeping bag".
Regarding HOUSEHOLD LINEN, if you wish, sheets, towels, hands and dish towels are provided for 15 € per person.
CLEANING can be done by yourself, a deposit of 60 € per check, given on arrival, will be returned to you or not the following week depending on the quality of the cleaning carried out.
A DEPOSIT of 700 € per check is requested on arrival and returned the following week if no incident justifies a deduction.
Note that I prefer to replace myself to avoid mismatching miscellaneous supplies. You can contact me by SMS to make us agree.
A small "chariotte" and a child seat to be attached to a bicycle can be provided.
The accommodation does not allow for pets.
It is not possible to smoke in the apartment, going down to smoke while watching the boats go by allows you to preserve non-smokers.PGJyPg
ACCESS from the SNCF station line B to La Chaume go down Grande Jetée 50 m from the residence, BY CAR to the residence, it is possible to park for free on the street however in summer and on long weekends it may be more difficult. In this case, the city has provided large outdoor parking lots to leave your car and free shuttles to reach your accommodation.
When booking BIG WEEKENDS when three nights are imposed, such as the Easter weekend, the DEPARTURE OF THE LAST DAY, on Monday in the example, can be done after lunch around 3 p.m. this will be the subject of an exchange by agreement of the parties.
