Bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards can be stored in a secure shed. One private parking space in front of the cottage. Unstable internet connection; fiber optic connection is being installed. The D114 departmental road leading to Rieux and Redon is close to the cottage. Imagine sleeping by the water, admiring the sunrise over the Vilaine, contemplating the horizon and the sailboats.
