Second Bedroom: Queen bed, private balcony, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed with shared hall bath featuring a full shower/tub combo.

There is a Ring Doorbell at the front entry to the property with video camera (no audio).
After booking, guests will be required to sign a rental agreement through Away by the Sea, the property management company.
The rental agreement is a standard part of our process, helping to outline house rules, property use, and local regulations—things that Airbnb’s general terms don’t always cover in detail. It’s not about adding extra obligations, just making sure expectations are clear so you can relax and enjoy your time!

House Rules
• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
• Quiet time is 11 PM to 9 AM — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!
• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!
• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.
• Please be sure to clean the grill after use, if applicable.
• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.
• Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
TRASH & RECYCLING
Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.
If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.

Loved our stay! The house was clean, cozy, and a short walk to the beach. Great views, fully stocked kitchen, and easy check-in and check out. Perfect spot to unwind—can’t wait to come back!

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had! Property Manager Extraordinaire, Landie, at Away By the Sea was exceptional! Communication was prompt and extra courteous. I am a germaphobe due to health concerns and Landie's team made sure the place was sanitized and spotless! Best I've ever seen! The condo is spacious, organized and equipped with everything you could need. The furnishings are high-level and comfy! The huge corner deck is perfect for unwinding by the beautiful Sound waters of Bogue Banks. Sunrise AND sunset were visible from there. We appreciated the covered parking and security measures to access the elevator. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back.

I cant say enough about this beautiful condo and the host. We needed xtra accommodation and it was perfect . Our host helped in every way. . The island was beautiful and we where in perfect location to explore eeach side . Will always stay when can here. Thank you so much
