Mailinne House on Lake Maggiore with a Pool

Our comfortable 1st floor apartment is located 800 meters from Feriolo, a small village on the edge of Lake Maggiore, near Baveno. It is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding lakes, the Alps and the cities of Milan and Turin. Malpensa airport is 45 minutes away. You can find us online by typing "Casamailinne dot it" if you whant contact us through our website, obviously the conditions will change and you will find a big saving in terms of money, many of our guests have chosen to contact us directly without going through intermediaries and have been very happy. Feriolo boasts numerous bars, restaurants, shops and the ferry terminal to reach the entire lake. A car is recommended as our area is not well served by public transport. Casa Mailinne is well furnished and includes a double bedroom with large bed, large open plan kitchen and living room with sofa bed (160x190), bathroom, private balcony, entrance and closet. The apartment can accommodate a family of 4 (two adults and two children) or four adults. Prices are intended, without additional costs and include: Pool towels, bath and toilet towels, Sheets and blankets, all bathroom essentials, washing machine detergent, iron and also the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Also upon your arrival you will find a small welcome kit that includes: Pasta, homemade tomato sauce, Wine, water, butter, milk, rusks, brioche, tea, herbal teas, coffee. We are the happy owners of four donkeys. We also have chickens that give us fresh eggs every day then there are the best of the house, our two dogs Simba and Balu`, respectively a border collie and an Aussie. The latter, very exuberant are the real masters of the house. The animals are in the fenced land adjacent to the house except for the dogs that have access everywhere. We do not recommend Casa Mailinne to anyone who does not like animals and in particular dogs. They will be part of your stay and you will not be able to avoid seeing them every now and then, on the balcony asking for cuddles.
