About this villa rental
Automatic gates open up to the tranquil gated community of Bayview Condominium. Nestled conveniently in the sought after area of Rodney Bay.
This property allows one the opportunity of being secluded in comfort but yet close to all amenities in the Rodney Bay Hub such as the casino, shopping malls, restaurants and it is also walking distance to the beautiful Reduit beach.
The compound is flourished with a variety of tropical colourful plants complimenting the natural scenery of the waters and Caribbean vacation lifestyle. There is also a dock which can be rented with the condo.
The unit consists of a two-story structure. The ground level hosts an open floor plan illuminated with natural lighting.
On entrance to the right is the partially detached kitchen. It is of a U-shaped design with cream coloured granite countertops. The room bears a plethora of cabinetry equipped with all major appliances and utensils.
Directly next to the kitchen is a designated utility room which hosts a washer/ dryer combo.
Just off the kitchen is the traditional style dining room which can seat 6 persons. Sharing the space alongside the dining area is the living room. This has a formal and relaxed ambiance, where one can enjoy the blue water and breezy vibe through the French glass double doors.
Bordering the living quarters is the outdoor patio area adorned with a number of comfortable furniture pieces for a perfect entertainment time.
The first floor carries two bedrooms. The master suite on the west wing has a king sized bed with sliding doors providing access to one’s private patio overlooking the beautiful marina and its residential scenery. The room also has an AC unit, a walk in closet and an ensuite. The bathroom has a single vanity with bottom storage and a step in shower.
The other bedroom on the east wing has a similar layout with a slight variance in bed size and patio scenery. The ensuite has a tiled enclosed standing shower similar to the master suite.
The private patio overlooking outside allows one a glimpse of the property grounds below as well as the main entrance gate. The property offers a communal family sized pool with several loungers.
To ensure peace of mind while on premises there are 24 hour security patrols.

I stayed at this property this past July (2025) for the Carnival season and I was very pleased with the accommodations. It was conviently located within walking distance to the super market and a KFC. The property itself was located in a gated community and the living space had nice size living room with a full kitchen. The upstairs had two spacious bedrooms with their own seperate bathrooms. Also, the views available from backyard overlooks the water, giving you some amazing pictures.
The property manager was very helpful and assisted us acquiring transportation. Also, when an issue arose and we lost internet access becuase the router unexpectedly died, she quickly acquired a wifi device and had it for us the very next day! Problem solved! I would definitely stay here again!!!
