* Downstairs Bedroom 1: Offers a queen-size bed and a twin futon. Includes a dedicated desk/workspace and a smart TV.
* Downstairs Bedroom 2: A perfect kids' hideout with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin bed, and a twin trundle. Enjoy the smart TV and gaming system.
* Downstairs Bathroom: A shared full bathroom with a shower serves the two downstairs bedrooms.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all interior spaces, the two-story deck, the private hot tub, the fire pit area, and the surrounding yard. Enjoy the entire property to yourselves!
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their retreat. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available via the booking platform should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and memorable mountain getaway.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
In winter weather (November-March) you will need an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle. This property is accessed and maintained via a gravel road and parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow as we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay due to inclement weather.

Kristin was VERY communicative and accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and were delighted to find a Christmas tree inside and a Christmas wreath on the door to welcome us in.The view is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed it many nights from the hot tub.
