Located just 1.5 hours from Northern Virginia and less than an hour from Richmond, Sunset Shores is the perfect getaway for large groups, families, or reunions. Designed with luxury, comfort, and convenience in mind, this waterfront home sits on the private side of Lake Anna in Noah`s Landing, offering the best of both worlds: stunning year-round sunset views over wide waters, along with the serenity and privacy of a peaceful cove.

Sunset Shores is available for weekly rentals (Sunday to Sunday) or for a 3-day minimum stay during the non-peak season. Reservations can be made up to 11.5 months in advance. The home features 7 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, complete with quartz countertops, custom tile, and luxurious rain shower heads. Six of the master bedrooms open to decks or patios via French doors, offering breathtaking lake views. One master suite is fully wheelchair accessible and includes a steam room shower for added comfort. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with unique features, ensuring a memorable stay for every guest and comes equipped with a charging station compatible with Apple Products.

Experience stunning sunsets and Lake Anna`s renowned fireworks from your private beach, spacious deck, or screened porch. Birdwatchers will delight in spotting bald eagles, great blue herons, ospreys, woodpeckers, cormorants, geese, and many other bird species.

Outdoor recreation options abound with a private boardwalk leading to a soft sand beach, an on-site volleyball court, corn hole, horseshoes, and a ping pong table under a covered porch. Enjoy evenings by the fire-pit or relax in one of the two hammocks. Water enthusiasts can make use of two stand-up paddle-boards, two kayaks, and a high-end boathouse complete with a tiki bar, fridge, freezer, large sunning/swim deck, screened porch, and ample space to tie up watercraft. The neighborhood also offers a community tennis court, basketball court, volleyball pit, boat ramp, and a neighborhood beach, all within a short walk.

A 15-passenger 2020 Bentley Pontoon boat is available for rent (minimum two-day rental) right on the property. Enjoy exploring the lake, fishing, sightseeing, or simply relaxing on this fantastic pontoon.

Newly added: The property features its own ethanol-free gas tank for guests’ convenience (extra charges apply). Whether you bring your own boat or rent ours, you can easily refuel from our gas supply at a reasonable price per gallon.

The lighted volleyball court allows for nighttime play, and guests can enjoy watching the action from a private viewing deck.

The media and entertainment area features a movie theater with a 120-inch screen, 7.1 surround sound, and a Blu-ray/DVD player. It also includes a pool table, a full pub-style bar with an ice maker, fridge, dishwasher, and a separate TV for the pub and pool table area. The two-story main-level great room offers a stunning stone surround gas fireplace, a 58-inch TV with surround sound, and breathtaking lake views.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef`s dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including two Sub-Zero refrigerators, a Sub-Zero wine fridge with two additional fridge drawers, two ovens, a 48-inch Dacor range top, a Dacor microwave, and two dishwashers. There`s also a pantry room with an extra Sub-Zero freezer and a commercial-style dish-washing sink. Enjoy ample seating with a 12-foot dining table, three kitchen bar counters, and an eat-in screened porch.

Additional features of this property include an exterior-accessible bathroom, an outdoor shower, and a spacious laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. The house offers Wi-Fi coverage throughout, including the decks and patios, and whole-house audio compatibility for your devices. There`s a dedicated kids` area with its own TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, insulated interior walls for privacy, and a gas grill conveniently located near the kitchen. Located in Lake Anna`s premier neighborhood, this home is situated on the private side of the lake in Noah`s Landing, a rapidly growing `go-to` rental destination. The area features miles of private roads and trails for walking, jogging, and cycling, as well as large grassy fields in the common area that provide plenty of additional space for recreation.

Occupancy is limited to no more than 24 people.

No weddings, receptions, parties or other such gatherings are permitted at the Property.

Guests have access to the entire property less the garage and three owner`s and/or maintenance closets. Guests may also make use of all of the amenities offered by the community of Noah`s Landing. The area features miles of private roads and trails for walking, jogging, and cycling, as well as large grassy fields in the common area that provide plenty of additional space for recreation.
