Once an olive mill from 1740, Villa Inspirante was transformed into a residence in 1945 and recently renovated to offer a blend of luxury, history, and modern comfort. Located in a peaceful village near Corfu’s main town, this beautiful villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and elegance. Bathed in natural light, the villa’s grand doors and windows create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Set mostly on one level, it features an impressive entrance that flows directly to the private pool and lush gardens. Inside, the villa offers a spacious layout with a master suite and two double bedrooms sharing a family-sized bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast nook, while the main dining area, located in the light-filled living room, features raised beamed ceilings. Additional spaces include a cozy office/TV room and a library for relaxation. The villa is fitted with Starlink internet throughout providing 200 mb. Outdoors, the large private pool is surrounded by expansive gardens, offering a serene space for gatherings. Enjoy alfresco dining with the electric barbecue, multiple seating areas, and shaded spots beneath the trees. Villa Inspirante is nestled in the peaceful village of Kompitsi, just 5 kilometers from Corfu’s old town and a 20-minute drive from the nearest beach. Although a bus departs from the village square twice a day to Corfu town, we highly recommend renting a car for convenient access to grocery stores and beaches. Kompitsi showcases charming Corfiot architecture and a vibrant local community. Next door, a cozy taverna offers delicious homemade lunches and dinners, and catering at the villa can be arranged through our manager. For nature lovers, a scenic forest of Italian pines is just a short walk away, with numerous hiking trails waiting to be explored.
