FIFA Atlanta Getaway - East Atlanta - 8-miles to Downtown - Sleeps 8

The house was beautiful and the host was very customer service friendly! Check-in and check out was easy. The host even gave near by activities for us to check out while we were in ATL. The house was exceptionally clean and smiled so good.

I had trouble initial with the door keypad but that was minor.

The host was great. Kimball was very quick with their response time to any and all questions asked. Also very accommodating. I requested a slightly earlier check-in and a later check-out and both requests were granted. The home itself was very spacious and as pictured on the listing. Also the home is very close to downtown, so you can get to and from activities in a timely manner.

The driveway is a little steep but this was mentioned by the host prior to getting to the property so it was not a surprise upon arrival.

The location was very good for our visit for the College Football Playoff National Championship downtown Atlanta!

A book of house rules, TV instructions and any other instructions would be nice to visibly see and be able to read.

The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for a small family. It was decorated quite nicely and offered a nice charming feeling of home. The house was amazing, and communicating with the host was exceptionally timely. The area was quite nice, not too far from shopping and other conveniences. We will definitely be back and hopefully, the owner will address the issues "not liked" so we can give a 5-star review next time!

As far as the home, there are things that need to be done in order to fairly review it. The ice maker dispenser is broken, and apparently, other residents knew this as they left bags of ice. The kitchen utensils, plates, and cooking tools were very limited and should be added as most vacationers don't travel with those items. The yard is NOT a fenced yard, as the side yard is not gated and the small gate left there to try and secure the yard is useless. The owner should consider repairing the broken concrete in this area, which is a serious trip hazard and poses a liability.
