We stayed at the hotel/lodge for one night. It was located in a beautiful green area close to the airport and the NP entrance. (max. 10-15 minutes on foot) The hotel consisted of different small lodges/apartments. The restaurant offers breakfast and dinner options only. We arrived before noon at the lodge after a very early morning flight. We only ate a snack when we arrived at Foz Airport expecting to eat lunch at the lodge.
Despite the fact that check in was at 3:00pm our room was not ready before 4:00pm even though we were the only ones waiting for a room. A long wait while it was raining and without a car.. Some of the amenities like toiletries, hairdryer, and clothing rack were missing although mentioned on the booking.com website.

Location is fantastic- walking distance from the Iguacu National Park and the Bird Park. Staff at the hotel was very helpful. Kayli who runs the taxi service is absolutely fantastic!!
Sadly the room on the first night had a broken toilet seat, no toiletries other than some mini bars of soap, no hot water in thr shower and a strange smell form the bathroom. We were kindly given a different room for the second night and generally the room was clean but just didn't feel like a three star accommodation.
