La possibilité d’entrer dans les lieux le 01/01/26. La disponibilité du propriétaire. La proximité de la gare, des commerces et de Lille. Appartement spacieux et lumineux.
Le frigo abimé qui sentait fort le poisson, le four dont la porte brûlante ne tient plus ouverte, les oreillers à changer et le bruit de la rue.

La situación, el espacio del apartamento, el precio.
Para el potencial del piso estaba descuidado, con falta de higiene (suelo, cocina, mesillas, edredón muy sucio y armarios de la cocina, fregadero y cubiertos e interiores de armarios) y falta de mantenimiento (cafetera rota, puerta de habitación no se abre por dentro, fuga en el fregadero, persiana del baño descolgada)
