We loved the location since it was so close to downtown. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We even loved Morris the cat who was super friendly.

Everyone in my party LOVED this stay. When we got here all of them explored, exclaiming how cool it was! My daughter loved the staircase. My niece loved the kitchen. My husband loved the antique toilets. My nephew loved the friendly neighborhood cats. We all truly appreciate the work you are doing on this house, so much that my husband and daughter are considering the possibility of us buying a property and doing the same thing in this area. We had planned to tour Rockcliffe Mansion, but the family decided "We're already staying in one".
SMALL stuff! The pots and pans were GREAT! A colander would be helpful, as well as more ice trays. THANKS!

It was nice to see the inside had some original wood work and floors. The kitchen was amazingly remodeled.
Could use updated furniture. The dining table was great. Living and first room could use upgraded furniture. The beds would look amazing with vintage quilts as bed spreads. Need some night stands to.
We are auctioneers and home flippers. Amazing job for the project.
I would also let people know that the neighborhood is being upgraded. Little scary in the dark

Rooms were spacious, kitchen very clean and serviceable with modern appliances. Parking in front was easily available.
Lighting was a bit dim and bathtub was tight but expected due to the age of the property.
