Location, size, cleanliness, everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We've been to Maui a few times over the years and this by far is our favorite place. Literally 5-8:minute walk to the beach. The Lanai was our favorite area while at the house too... So much room for everyone.
The bed in the master bedroom was too hard so the wife and I didn't sleep very well but being in Maui was the denominator. From what my kids are saying the pull out sofa wasn't very comfortable either. Not to knock the house because some people enjoy sleeping on concrete so my suggestion is to go buy a topper if you plan on staying here and you prefer a softer bed. Ross isn't too far down the road or Kahalui has a Costco or Walmart.c
