O prédio e novo e o apartamento é realmente uma graça. Bem decorado e tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. O pessoal atende muito rápido no whatsapp para sanar as dúvidas. Os porteiros são gentis.
Como o banheiro não tem janela, o cheiro quando eu entrei estava bem desagradável. E mesmo depois de abrir a janela, isso também continuou acontecendo durante a estadia.

Tudo novo, limpo e bem localizado.
Logo que chegamos comentei que não tinha pano de prato e não recebi nenhuma resposta do anfitrião. Depois notei que tinha muito pouco sabão corporal, mas achei mais fácil comprar de que tentar pedir e não ser respondido.

Ambiente harmonizado, localização em bairro silencioso. O apto limpo, com equipamento e facilidades com qualidade. Douglas facilitou a entrada de forma antecipada as 14:00h.
