The fenced in property for my dog. Plenty of room inside. Very quick to reply to all your needs. I think she is relying on her cleaning lady to let her know what is in need of repair. Cleaning lady forget about her
Grounds need to be cleaned up. Needs cutlery and silverware. Some new pots. If you plan on 7 people bring some glasses. Not enough for more than four. Bring plastic glasses to the outside. Bring salt and pepper. The cleaning lady leaves a lot to be desired. Need to have cleaning supplies if they want you to clean. I had to buy everything that I needed.

The kitchen and bathroom were nice and up to date.
Bedroom, kitchen table, and windows needed work. Also, it smelled like cat.
