The host, Dilan is very helpful and is always available in case you need anything. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. You have a bedroom, a living room and a kitchenette, and a front yard to yourself. Has a private entrance. The place is gorgeous, no questions there! It's right on the main road which gives you easy access to nearby eateries (they have a restaurant too at the front), beaches and other activities. You can always take a tuk tuk to the beaches too, they are easily available. We had our own car so we didn't use the tuk tuks.

Three things to note for travellers: 1. The gas connection for cooking is at an extra charge (it's minimal but know it's not part of the initial package). 2. The breakfast is mediocre. 3. The water pressure in the washroom wasn't great. Dilan did fix the issue in the bidet immediately but mentioned that he'll need to change the entire shower panel to fix that one. The property was brand new so understand that there are some rough edges being ironed out.
