Il est facile de se garer juste devant l’immeuble.
L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée légèrement surélevé.
Le lit est confortable.
Il y a une très grande télé connectée.
Il n’y a pas de table pour prendre un repas ou petit-déjeuner excepté sur le bureau avec une chaise et un petit tabouret.

Appartamentino dotato di tutti i confort necessari per poter starci alcuni giorni al massimo. Host gentilissimo ad aver risolto un problema di natura elettrica prima del nostro arrivo. La zona è sostanzialmente tranquilla anche se ho notato un aumento di popolazione immigrata che ha posto le proprie basi per le loro attività, rispetto a qualche anno fa in cui sono stato a Lipsia
Al nostro arrivo vi era un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno suppongo. Non è un problema di sporcizia o di scarsa pulizia, bensì un problema strutturale dell'appartamento. Il bagno non ha un suo impianto di areazione né finestre. Probabilmente vi è un odore che proviene dagli scarichi. Abbiamo risolto tenendo le due grandi finestre dell'appartamento aperte durante il nostro soggiorno. A tal proposito mi permetto di suggerire di sostituire il lampadario della cucina con una plafoniera in modo da poter aprire la grande finestra della cucina senza dover rischiare di rompere il lampadario appeso.

Die Bereitschaft des Ehemannes mir eine Nacht (die ich leider in einem Hotel extra bezahlen mußte) wenn ich wiederkomme, nicht zu berechnen. Ich habe aber nicht vor wieder zu kommen.
Kataftrofalle Komunikation. Falsche (Alte?)Telefonnummer bei Bocking.com. 10x Angerufen, keiner geht ans Telefon. Erzählt mir später von wegen Mails und Nachrichten geschickt, die ich leider nie und nicht bekommen habe, dann hat er mir neue Telefonnummer der Ehefrau gegeben, die leider nie ans Telefon geht. Habe mehrmalls ans Band Nachricht hinterlassen, NULL REAKTION.
Ich bin geschäftlich gereist, habe aufs Band Rechnung verlangt, KEINE BEKOMMEN. Nichteinmal Reaktion auf mein Anliegen. Ich werde Meldung wegen der Rechnung machen, es sind immerhin über 500€.
