Villa Daria

Beautiful villa, pool and gardens. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet location. There is a lovely breeze that blows through the outside eating area keeping you cool when it’s hot. Perfect for groups of friends or family holidays.

There is a very strict refuse collection policy which is inconvenient. Every day guests are expected to sort rubbish into several different types of recycling and put it outside before 7am and again between 9-11pm. They also expect guests to take their rubbish to the refuse site before vacating the property and fine you if you leave more than 1 bag. The refuse site is a 40 minute walk away so if you don’t have a car this is not really doable, or something guests want to have to do either! Usually when staying in a villa there are a few provisions available on arrival such as washing up liquid, salt and pepper, kitchen roll etc. there is absolutely nothing available at this villa on arrival. And if you need a taxi, good luck! Taxis in Cala D’or are rare unless you are in a restaurant/hotel and they book it for you, if not, be prepared to wait over an hour!

De locatie was prima. Mooie, stijlvolle en praktisch ingerichte ruimtes. Goede bedden. Mooie tuin en fijn zwembad. Veel comfort

Wij waren met 7 personen en aan beide eettafels stonden maar 6 stoelen. Graag wat meer handdoeken en meer grote pannen.

Nos encantó todo, la villa estaba súper cuidada, tanto por dentro como el jardín. Si volviera a mallorca, sin duda repetiríamos con esta villa

The villa had really good sized rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of wardrobes/storage including a safe. Good showers and plenty of hot water for our group. Well stocked kitchen although a couple of wine glasses missing but we managed without needing to contact for more. Location was perfect - set in a quiet street but within 20-30 mins walk to the marinas at Cala D’Or and Porto Petro where both had good restaurants. Well stocked supermarket and restaurants at Cala Egos only 15mins walk and larger supermarket at Cala D’Or marina. Very reliable taxi service which was great as we had no car.
